CBSA Message (TCC17-183) TCCU Web Pages: Signing up for bulletins

The following message is from CBSA.

The Technical Commercial Client Unit (TCCU) is pleased to announce the unveiling of the new and improved TCCU web pages. The TCCU web pages now provide clients with an intuitive and fresher look while allowing for user friendly navigation to help clients find information about EDI and Portal faster and more easily.

In an environment where unplanned service or system interruptions can have a significant impact on operations, staying informed is essential for all clients. In our new web page configuration, we have outlined the ways clients can remain informed whether through the EDI/Portal hotline, signing up for bulletins, signing up for ECCRD updates or signing up for eManifest notices for information on transaction and cargo statuses. We have conveniently located all of these options under the “Stay Informed” tab at the following link: http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/eservices/menu-eng.html

If you have not already signed up for our distribution list, we encourage you to do so under this tab.
