CBSA Message (TCC17-190) - Thanksgiving Holiday

Clients Affected: All clients and service providers who transmit trade data using EDI and/or eManifest Portal.

The Technical Commercial Client Unit (TCCU) of the Canada Border Services Agency will be closed on the statutory holiday of Thanksgiving on Monday, October 9, 2017. For urgent client service outside business hours and statutory holiday, please contact the TCCU hotline at 1-888-957-7224 and your enquiry will be answered by a TCCU officer. Also, please refer to the following CBSA website link that offers guidelines for clients using the TCCU’s after-hours/weekend/holiday pager service: http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/eservices/services-eng.html.
