The Technical Commercial Client Unit (TCCU) is pleased to announce the unveiling of the new and improved TCCU web pages. The TCCU web pages now provide clients with an intuitive and fresher look while allowing for user friendly navigation to help clients find information about EDI and Portal faster and more easily.

One of the features of the revised TCCU web pages is a new and improved Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page: http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/eservices/faq-eng.html

This page has been updated to reflect the questions we currently receive most often. Our intent is to keep this page evergreen and to add, change or remove FAQs more regularly, to provide the type of information most needed by clients, given the ongoing evolution of CBSA systems and programs.
