The Technical Commercial Client Unit (TCCU) of the Canada Border Services Agency Client service support will be available on the Remembrance Day holiday, Monday, November 13, 2017 between 08:00 and 16:00 (Eastern Time). Please note that support will be provided for production issues only by calling our hot line at 1-888-957-7224.
For urgent client service outside business hours and statutory holiday, please contact the TCCU hotline at 1-888-957-7224 option 1 and your enquiry will be answered by a TCCU officer. Also, please refer to the following CBSA website link that offers guidelines for clients using the TCCU’s after-hours/weekend/holiday pager service: http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/eservices/services-eng.html.
For accounting purposes:
B3 Entries processed and accepted between Saturday, November 11, 2017 and Tuesday, November 14, 2017 will appear on the daily notice (DN) sent on Wednesday, November 15, 2017.
The exchange rates from Saturday, November 11, 2017 to Tuesday, November 14, 2017 (inclusive) will remain unchanged.
Monday, November 13, 2017 will not be counted in the calculation of overdue B3 entries.
