CBSA Message (TCC17-243) - CBSA System Outage Contingency Plan

Clients Affected: All clients and service providers who transmit trade data using EDI and/or the CBSA eManifest Portal

The Canada Border Services Agency System Outage Contingency Plan has recently been updated. While the procedures remain relatively the same the document itself has been shortened and simplified in order to ensure consistent application at ports of entry.
