Clients Affected: All clients and service providers who transmit EDI trade data to CFIA.

Please be advised that the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) Digital Document Store (DDS) is currently experiencing technical difficulties.

During this time clients are instructed to send requests to 905-795-9658.

Action Required:

Please refer to the contingency procedures outlined below or be prepared to resume transmission once the system is available.
