CBSA Message (TCC18-008) - CCS / CADEX Maintenance Outage, 20-21 January

Clients Affected: All importers and brokers who submit their B3s and AO notification of release queries using the CCS/CADEX system

For maintenance purposes, the CCS/CADEX system will be unavailable on Saturday January 20, 2018 from 05:00 to 05:30 (ET) and Sunday January 21, 2018 from 05:00 to 05:30 (ET).

CADEX, Customs Declaration Message (CUSDEC) B3s and AO notification of release queries transmitted to the CADEX system will be affected by this outage.

Clients will be able to transmit to CBSA however the data will not be processed by the CCS system during the outage period.

Clients will not be able to transmit the new Integrated Import Declaration (IID) SO 911. All IIDs will be rejected.

We will update this message if the outage extends past the end date/time. We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation.
