CBSA Message (TCC18-035) - Easter Weekend Holiday

Clients Affected: All clients and service providers who transmit trade data using EDI.

Technical Commercial Client Unit (TCCU) office will be closed for the Easter holiday from Thursday, March 29, 2018 at 17:00 (Eastern Time) until Monday, April 2, 2018 at 08:00 (Eastern Time). On Monday, April 2, between 08:00 and 16:00 (Eastern Time), officers will be available at 1-888-957-7224 to respond to production issues only.

CADEX reports will run on the evenings of Thursday, March 29, 2018 and Tuesday, April 3, 2018. Entries processed on Thursday March 29, 2018 will appear on the Daily Notice (DN) that will be EDI delivered in the morning of and dated Friday March 30, 2018. Entries processed between Friday March 30, 2018 and Tuesday April 3, 2018 (inclusive) will appear on the DN dated Wednesday April 4, 2018. The rates of exchange appearing on the report generated on the morning of Friday, March 30 will remain in effect from Friday, March 30, until Tuesday, April 3 inclusive.
