CBSA Message (TCC18-038) - GCcollab - Online access to ECCRDs

The following is further to TCCU Bulletin TCC18-034 concerning the launch of GCcollab, a new tool we are pilot testing to allow clients the ability to view and download Electronic Commerce Client Requirements Documents (ECCRDs) online.

Because this tool is “by invitation only”, we have just completed the process of sending GCcollab invitations to the members of this distribution list.

If you are interested in accessing GCcollab and have not received a GCcollab invitation, or you are experiencing a log-in problem (i.e., a rejection message in the registration process saying “Your email address is not allowed”) please send an email to the TCCU mailbox at [email protected] with “GCcollab” in the subject line and we will generate an invitation directly to the email addresses provided. Please note, you may provide more than one email address if you have several colleagues who would like to register.

Please note that participation in GCcollab is strictly voluntary – if you would prefer to contact the TCCU to request documents via email, this service will continue to exist.
