The problem outlined below is now resolved. As a precaution, we ask that any applications sent by fax between September 17, 2018 and October 5, 2018 be resubmitted. We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation.

Clients Affected: All clients that submit EDI applications to the Technical Commercial Client Unit

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our fax machine, as such are unable to receive any faxes.

Until further notice, please send your EDI application form to the TCCU via email at [email protected] or by mail at:
