Clients Affected: All clients who submit their trade data using the eManifest portal.
The status problem reported below has been resolved. If, however, you have trade data which continues to reflect an effective status of ‘Updating’ please refer to the Action Required section for further instruction.
Clients may be experiencing difficulties where the trade data is in “Updating” status.
We are working to resolve this problem and will update this message as soon as more information is available. We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation.
Action Required:
Regarding trade data that remains in ‘Updating’ status, clients have two options:
- Resubmit the trade data by creating new Portal Trade Documents using new Cargo Control Numbers (CCNs)/ Conveyance Reference Numbers (CRNs).
- Follow the contingency procedures, outlined below, for these particular shipments only.
In all other cases, please revert to normal processing of trade data.
