CBSA Message (TCC18-139) – eManifest Portal SCHEDULED Maintenance Outage, 26 October

Clients Affected: All clients who submit their trade data using the eManifest portal.

Friday October 26, 2018 from 04:00 to 04:45 (ET): The eManifest Portal will not be available. Clients will not be able to log into the eManifest portal to submit or view trade data during this time. 

Please refer to the contingency procedures outlined at: http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/eservices/contingency-urgence/menu-eng.html or be prepared to resume transmission once the system is available.

For highway carriers, if you are proceeding to the border during this outage, please ensure all drivers are provided with the correct paperwork to present at arrival.
