CBSA Message (TCC19-016) - Cargo Control Abstract – Form A10 Format Change

This bulletin is being sent by the Technical Commercial Client Unit (TCCU) on behalf of the Importer and Exporter Programs Unit.

The purpose of this note is to inform all clients of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) that Form A10, Cargo Control Abstract is now available in an electronically fillable format on the CBSA website.

The form can now be completed electronically and printed for submission to the CBSA. Completing the first page of this form will automatically populate the subsequent pages required for printing.

The CBSA will decrease the distribution of the original form until the inventory is depleted.

Policies regarding the appropriate use of the Form A10, Cargo Control Abstract can be found in Memorandum D3-1-1, Policy Respecting the Importation and Transportation of Goods.
