CBSA Message (TCC19-064) - Canada Day Holiday

Clients Affected: All clients and service providers who transmit trade data using EDI and/or eManifest Portal

Due to the Canada Day statutory holiday, the Technical Commercial Client Unit (TCCU) of the Canada Border Services Agency will be closed on Monday, July 01, 2019.

The exchange rates from Friday June 28, 2019 through Tuesday July 2, 2019 (inclusive) will remain unchanged. Monday July 1, 2019 will not be counted in the calculation of overdue B3 entries.

For urgent client service outside business hours and statutory holidays, please contact the TCCU hotline at 1-888-957-7224 and your enquiry will be answered by a TCCU officer. Also, please refer to the following CBSA website link that offers guidelines for clients using the TCCU’s after-hours/weekend/holiday pager service: https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/eservices/services-eng.html.
