CBSA Message: TCC20-056 Victoria Day Holiday / Congé de la fête de la Reine

Clients Affected: All clients and services providers who use EDI, the eManifest Portal and the CERS Portal to transmit their data.

The Technical Commercial Client Unit (TCCU) office will be closed on Monday, May 18, 2020 for the Victoria Day holiday. TCCU production support will be operating on an “after hours” schedule during this time.

CADEX reports will run on the evenings of Friday, May 15, 2020 and Tuesday, May 19, 2020. The rates of exchange appearing on the report generated on the morning of Friday, May 15, 2020 will remain in effect from Friday, May 15, 2020 until Tuesday, May 19, 2020 inclusive.

For urgent client service outside business hours and on statutory holidays, please contact the TCCU hotline at 1-888-957-7224 and your enquiry will be answered by a TCCU officer. Also, please refer to the following CBSA website link that offers guidelines for clients using the TCCU’s after-hours/weekend/holiday pager service: https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/eservices/services-eng.html.

Les clients affectés: Tous les importateurs, courtiers et fournisseurs de services qui utilisent l’EDI pour transmettre leurs données.

L’Unité des services techniques aux clients commerciaux (USTCC) sera fermée lundi le 18 mai 2020. Par contre, pendant ce congé, l’assistance à la clientèle externe en production de l’USTCC sera disponible selon l’horaire d’après les heures ouvrables.

Les rapports SAED seront produits pendant les soirées du vendredi 15 mai 2020 et du mardi 19 mai 2020. Les taux de change figurant au rapport généré le matin de vendredi le 15 mai 2020 seront en vigueur du vendredi 15 mai 2020 au mardi 19 mai 2020 inclusivement.

Pour les urgences après les heures ouvrables et les journées fériées, veuillez contacter la ligne téléphonique de l’USTCC au 1-888-957-7224 et un agent vous rappellera. De plus, veuillez consulter le lien internet suivant: https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/eservices/services-fra.html qui explique la marche à suivre pour les clients qui utilisent le service à la clientèle de l’USTCC offert après les heures ouvrables.
