CBSA – System Outage Contingency Plan

The CBSA has posted a revised System Outage Contingency Plan on their website.

This plan sets out the procedures for the importation of commercial goods in all modes of transportation during a CBSA systems outage. Please note that an outage is defined as a “temporary suspension of operations to the electronic systems".
