The CCFTA Rules of Origin Regulations have been amended to reflect the modernized rules of origin provisions which entered into force on October 15, 2021. Consequently, links to the modernized CCFTA and to the amendments have been included in this memorandum.

Le Règlement sur les règles d’origine (ALÉCC) a été modifié pour refléter les dispositions modernisées sur les règles d'origine qui sont entrées en vigueur le 15 octobre 2021. Ainsi, des liens vers l'ALÉCC modernisé et les modifications ont été inclus à ce mémorandum.
