CBSA Notice of Expiry Review Determinations
On October 28, 2019, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT), pursuant to subsection 76.03(3) of the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA), initiated an expiry review of its order made on January 5, 2015, in Expiry Review number RR‑2014‑001, concerning the dumping of certain carbon steel fasteners originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China (China) and the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu (Chinese Taipei) and the subsidizing of such goods originating in or exported from China (subject goods).

CITT Notice of Expiry Review of Order - Expiry Review No. RR-2019-002
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal hereby gives notice that it will, pursuant to subsection 76.03(3) of the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA), initiate an expiry review of its order made on January 5, 2015, in Expiry Review No. RR-2014-001, continuing, with amendment, its order made on January 6, 2010, in Expiry Review No. RR-2009-001, continuing, with amendment, its findings made on January 7, 2005, in Inquiry No. NQ‑2004‑005, concerning the dumping of certain carbon steel fasteners originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China and Chinese Taipei and the subsidizing of such products originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China (the subject goods). Appendix A lists the products that were excluded from the Tribunal’s previous orders and findings regarding the subject goods.
