Certain concrete reinforcing bar, Notice of initiation of investigation

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), on its own initiative, has today initiated an investigation, under the Special Import Measures Act respecting the alleged injurious dumping of certain concrete reinforcing bar from Oman and Russia (subject goods).

The subject goods are usually classified under the following tariff classification numbers:

  • 7213.10.00.00
  • 7214.20.00.00

In some instances, imports of the subject goods may also be classified under the tariff classification numbers:

  • 7215.90.00.90
  • 7227.90.00.90
