Certain concrete reinforcing bar, Statement of Reasons—Final determination

Pursuant to paragraph 41(1)(b) of the Special Import Measures Act, the Canada Border Services Agency made a final determination on May 5, 2021 respecting the dumping of certain concrete reinforcing bar originating in or exported from Algeria, Egypt, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam.

Le 5 mai 2021, conformément à l’alinéa 41(1)b) de la Loi sur les mesures spéciales d’importation, l’Agence des services frontaliers du Canada a rendu une décision définitive de dumping concernant certaines barres d’armature pour béton originaires ou exportées de l’Algérie, de l’Égypte, de l’Indonésie, de l’Italie, de la Malaisie, de Singapour et du Vietnam.
