Certain Copper Pipe Fittings, Extension of Re-investigation

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has today extended the re-investigation to update the normal values and export prices respecting certain copper pipe fittings from the United States, South Korea and China and the amounts of subsidy of certain copper pipe fittings from China.

The CBSA extended the conclusion of the re-investigation 28 days due to the complexity and novelty of the issues presented by the re-investigation. Consequently, the re-investigation will be concluded by June 28, 2019.
