Certain Dry Wheat Pasta, Notice of Initiation of Investigations

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) initiated investigations on December 28, 2017, under the Special Import Measures Act respecting the alleged injurious dumping and subsidizing of certain dry wheat pasta originating in or exported from the Republic of Turkey. The investigations follow a complaint filed by the Canadian Pasta Manufacturers Association.
