The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has today initiated investigations under SIMA respecting the alleged the injurious dumping and subsidizing of certain photovoltaic modules and laminates originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China.
The investigations follow a complaint filed by Eclipsall Energy Corp (Toronto, ON) Heliene Inc. (Sault Ste Marie, ON) Silfab Onatio Inc (Mississauga, ON) and Solgate (Woodbridge, ON).
The goods in question are usually classified under 8541.40.00.22.
Additional information will be provided in a Statement of Reasons within 15 days, on the CBSA website.
