Certain Sucker Rods, Notice of Initiation of Investigation

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) initiated an investigation on September 30, 2019, under the Special Import Measures Act respecting the alleged injurious dumping of certain sucker rods from Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico. The investigation follows a complaint filed by Apergy Canada ULC – Alberta Oil Tool Division.

The subject goods are usually classified under the following tariff classification number:

  • 8413.91.00.10
