Certain upholstered domestic seating, Statement of Reasons—preliminary determinations

Pursuant to subsection 38(1) of the Special Import Measures Act, the Canada Border Services Agency made preliminary determinations on May 5, 2021 respecting the dumping and subsidizing of certain upholstered domestic seating originating in or exported from China and Vietnam.

Le 5 mai 2021, conformément au paragraphe 38(1) de la Loi sur les mesures spéciales d’importation, l’Agence des services frontaliers du Canada a rendu des décisions provisoires de dumping et de subventionnement concernant certains sièges domestiques rembourrés originaires ou exportés de la Chine et du Vietnam.
