CFIA AIRS Outage, 17 April

We were advised yesterday of an issue with the AIRS tool on the CFIA website which has now been resolved.

Two messages from CFIA regarding this issue follow:

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is currently experiencing technical difficulties with the Automated Import Reference System (AIRS) webpage (http://airs-sari.inspection.gc.ca/Airs_External/Decisions.aspx?lang=1).

At the moment, we are unable to predict when service will be restored, however, we will keep you informed as information becomes available.  

For assistance, please contact one of the National Import Service Centre (NISC).

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your cooperation.
