A) Chapter 01 was published to modify the import conditions for the following HS code originating from the United States.  NO VERSION CHANGE.

01.06.19.2061 - Cervidae.

B) Chapter 05 was published to modify the import conditions for the following HS codes with the end use “Other end uses” originating from all origins except from the United States.

05.11.99.1297.04 - Whole carcass or body parts, preserved in formaldehyde or other preserving solution, or unpreserved, not suitable for human consumption, not elsewhere specified or included - Equine (horse).
05.11.99.1297.06 - Porcine (swine).
05.11.99.1297.09 - Reptile.
05.11.99.1297.10 - Amphibian.
05.11.99.1297.13 - Lagomorph (rabbit).
05.11.99.1297.99 - Other.

This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes.

05.10.00.1286.11 - Canine and Feline (Dogs and Cats).
05.10.00.1286.12 - Bee venom.
05.11.91.1298.01 - Fish, crustaceans, molluscs or other aquatic invertebrates..
05.11.99.1297.07 - Primates (monkey).

05.11.99.1298.10 - Amphibian.
05.11.99.1298.14 - Fish, marine mammals, crustaceans, molluscs or other aquatic invertebrates.
05.11.99.1299.05 - Rodents.
05.11.99.1301.10 - Canine and Feline (Dogs and Cats).

C) Chapter 08 was published to modify the import conditions for the following HS code originating from the Republic of Korea.

08.10.10.1001 - Fresh Strawberries (Whole).

D) Chapter 16 was published to change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA – NISC” to “Refuse Entry” for the following HS codes originating from Cyprus, Czech Republic, Greece, Luxembourg, Slovakia and Slovenia.
