A) Chapter 06 was published to:

i) Modify the import conditions for the following HS codes with the end use “Propagation (growing and sowing)” originating from Germany, Netherlands and the United States.

06.02.10.0009.05 - Blackberry - Unrooted plants (Rubus sp. Other than R. caesius, R. fructicosus, R. × loganobaccus, R. ursinus × R. idaeus).
06.02.10.0009.06 - Boysenberry - Unrooted plants (Rubus ursinus, R. idaeus). 
06.02.10.0009.21 - Loganberry - Unrooted plants (Rubus loganobaccus). 
06.02.10.0009.40 - Raspberry - Unrooted plants (Rubus sp. other than R. caesius, R. fructicosus, R. × loganobaccus, R. ursinus × R. idaeus).
