A) Chapter 03 was published to add the end use “Live bait” to the following HS code originating from the United States.

03.06.33.1287.60 – Cancer irroratus – TSN 98679 – Atlantic rock crab (non-ready-to-eat, live or head on and shell on) (live, fresh or chilled)

B) Chapter 08 was published to change the release recommendation from “Refuse entry” to “Refer to CFIA-NISC” for the following HS code with end uses “Human Consumption”, “Repacking”, Further processing”, Samples for testing” and “Travellers & Personal use and not for resale or distribution” originating from Germany.
