A) Chapter 06 was published to change the release recommendation from “Refuse entry” to “Refer to CFIA – NISC” for the following HS codes with the end use “Propagation (growing or sowing)” and the miscellaneous code “Mushroom spawn with growing media (other)” originating from all countries except the Continental United States.
06.02.90.0029.02 - Mushroom spawn - morel Armilaria (Armilaria spp., Armillariella spp.).
06.02.90.0029.03 - Mushroom spawn - morel (other spp. than Armilaria spp.).
06.02.90.0029.99 - Mushroom spawn - other.

B) Chapter 23 was published to:

i) add a registration type and modify the import conditions for the following HS codes with the end use “Other end uses” originating from the United States.

23.09.10.1572 - Dog or cat food, commercially cooked, canned, pet chews, pet treats, jerky, bulk and in final packaging other than cooked, canned of Canadian origin.
23.09.90.1571 - Dog or cat food, commercially cooked, canned, pet chews, pet treats, jerky, bulk and in final packaging other than cooked, canned of Canadian origin.

This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes.

23.09.10.1565.01 - Avian (bird) ingredients other than egg products.
23.09.10.1565.02 - Bovine (cattle) ingredients excluding products containing solely dairy products.
23.09.10.1565.03 - Caprine (goat) ingredients.

This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes originating from Africa, Antarctica, North America, South America and various countries in Oceania and Asia.

23.09.10.1566.02 - Bovine (cattle) ingredients excluding products containing solely dairy products.
23.09.10.1566.03 - Caprine (goat) ingredients.

iii) modify the import conditions for the following HS codes with the end use “Other end uses” originating from Thailand.

This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes originating from Antarctica, Japan, North America and various countries in Oceania, South America and Europe.
