A) Chapter 08 was published to change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA-NISC” to “Approved” for the following HS codes originating from the state of California.

08.10.20.4011 – Loganberries (fresh). (Rubus × loganobaccus)
08.10.20.4013 – Raspberries (fresh).(Rubus sp. other than R. caesius, R. fructicosus, R. × loganobaccus, R. ursinus × R. idaeus)
08.10.20.4014 – European dewberries (Fresh) - (Rubus caesius)
08.10.20.4015 – European blackberries (Fresh) - (Rubus fructicosus)
08.10.90.4023 – Boysenberries (fresh). (Rubus ursinus × R. idaeus)

B) Chapter 15 was published to add a registration type to the following HS codes with the end use “Human consumption”. NO VERSION CHANGE.

15.01.90.5397.01 – Dried powder or flake form
15.01.90.5397.02 – Liquid or semi-solid
15.01.90.5398.01 – Dried powder or flake form
15.01.90.5398.02 – Liquid or semi-solid
