Chapter 06 was published to:

i) change the import conditions for the following HS code originating from South Carolina.

06.04.90.0046.44 - Ash - Dried foliage, branches and wreaths < 1.5 cm in diameter.

This created a requirement version change for the same HS code originating from Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Delaware, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin, West Virginia.

ii) change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA NISC” to “Refuse entry” for the following HS codes originating from the state of South Carolina.

06.04.90.0047.44 - Ash - Dried foliage, branches and wreaths > 1.5 cm in diameter.
