CFIA-AIRS Updates, 27 June

A) Chapter 08 was published to modify the import conditions for the following HS codes originating from Argentina, Chile, Greece, Italy, Lebanon, Spain and the United Kingdom.

08.06.10.4040 - Grapes - fresh
08.10.40.4016 - Bilberries (fresh). (Vaccinium myrtillus)
08.10.40.4017 - Blueberries (fresh). (Vaccinium angustifolium, V. corymbosum, V. myrtilloides)
08.10.40.4020 - Lingonberries (fresh). (Vaccinium vitis-idaea)
08.10.40.4021 - Other fruits of the genus Vaccinium not specified elsewhere (fresh)

This created a requirement version change for the following HS code.

08.10.40.4019 - Huckleberries (fresh). (Gaylussacia spp.)

B) Chapter 21 was published to change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA-NISC“ to “Approved“ for the following HS code.
 
21.03.90.7209 - Whey sauce (Iranian sauce).
 
This created a requirement version change for the following HS code.
 
21.01.20.7082 - Tea pods with milk powder.
