A) Chapter 01 was published to remove the following OGD extensions.

01.06.90.2110 - Animal Pathogens – Parasites – Level 1.
01.06.90.2111 - Animal Pathogens – Parasites – Level 2.
01.06.90.2112 - Animal Pathogens – Parasites – Level 3.
01.06.90.2114 - Animal Pathogens parasites Level 2 – in animal product or by-product.
01.06.90.2115 - Animal Pathogen level 3 parasites- in animal product or by-product.

B) Chapter 06 was published to remove the miscellaneous code “With growing media that is free of soil and related matter (CGMP) “ for the following HS code with the end use “Propagation (growing or sowing)“ originating from the Netherlands.

06.02.90.0027.44 - Horse-chestnut - rooted plants (Aesculus hippocastanum).

This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes from the Netherlands.

06.02.30 - Rhododendrons and azaleas, grafted or not.
06.02.40 - Roses, grafted or not (Rosa spp.).
06.02.90.0023 - Other rooted propagative material - trees, shrubs and bushes (without edible fruit or nuts) - (include greenhouse grown)(nursery stock).
06.02.90.0027 - Other rooted propagative material - trees, shrubs and bushes (without edible fruits or nuts) - (nursery stock) (include greenhouse grown) (further to 06.02.90.0023).
06.02.90.0031 - Other rooted propagative material - trees, shrubs and bushes (without edible fruits or nuts) - (include greenhouse grown) (nursery stock) (further to 06.02.90.0027).

C) Chapter 14 was published to:

i) change the release recommendation from “Approved” to “Refer to CFIA – NISC” for the following HS code with the end use “Other end uses” originating from Alaska, Arizona, California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington destined to British Columbia.

14.04.90.3000.01 - Broomcorn - plant parts.

ii) modify the list registration type to the following HS code originating from Mexico and destined to British Columbia

14.04.90.3000.01 - Broomcorn - plant parts.

This created a requirement version change for the same HS code originating from Mexico, destined to all province except British Columbia.

D) Chapter 19 was published to add the end use “Travellers & Personal use and not for resale or distribution” to the following HS codes.

19.04.90.7192.01 - Prepared foods with more than 2% but less than 20% meat products - Containing beef.
19.04.90.7192.02 - Containing veal
19.04.90.7192.03 - Containing pork
19.04.90.7192.04 - Containing chicken
19.04.90.7192.05 - Containing turkey
19.04.90.7192.06 - Containing various/combined meat
19.04.90.7192.07 - Containing unspecified meat
19.04.90.7192.99 - Containing other meat

This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes originating from the United States.
