A) Chapter 05 was published to modify the import conditions for the following HS codes originating from Bulgaria.

05.10.00.1286.04 - Caprine (goat)
05.10.00.1286.07 - Ovine (sheep).
05.11.99.1297.03 - Caprine (goat)
05.11.99.1297.05 - Ovine (sheep)
05.11.99.1298.03 - Caprine (goat)
05.11.99.1298.05 - Ovine (sheep)
05.11.99.1302.02 - Ovine (sheep)
05.11.99.1302.03 - Caprine (goat)
05.11.99.5345.03 - Caprine (goat) ingredients
05.11.99.5345.05 - Ovine (sheep) ingredients

This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes from all other countries.

B) Chapter 30 was published to modify the import conditions for the following HS code originating from Bulgaria.

30.02.12.1095.07 - Blood, serum, plasma or derivatives for in vitro use - ruminant - other than bovine. 

This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes from all other countries.

30.02.12.1095.07 - Blood, serum, plasma or derivatives for in vitro use - ruminant - other than bovine. 
30.02.12.1095.13 - Blood, serum, plasma or derivatives for in vitro use - fetal bovine serum.
