CFIA-AIRS Updates, 8 May

Chapter 04 was published to change the release recommendation to “Refuse Entry” for the following HS codes originating from all countries except: Anguilla, Antigua, Argentina, Aruba, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Brazil, British Virgin Isles, Cayman Islands, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Curacao, Dominica, Greenland, Guatemala, Honduras, Iceland, Israel, Japan, Member states of the European Union, Mexico, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Norway, Panama, Peru, Bonaire, Saint Eustatius and Saba, Republic of Korea, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Switzerland, Thailand, United States, Uruguay.

04.01.10.3501 - Skimmed milk. 
04.01.20.3503 - Partly skimmed milk. 
04.01.20.3504 - Milk. 
04.01.40.3507 - Cream. 
04.01.50.3508 - Cream. 
04.02.10.3517 - Powdered milk of a fat content not exceeding 1.5%milk powder.
04.02.21.3520 - Powdered milk of a fat content exceeding 1.5%. 
04.02.29.3523 - Evaporated milk (canned).
04.02.91.3523 - Evaporated milk (canned).
04.02.99.3527 - Condensed milk - sweetened (canned or bulk).
04.03.90.3540.01 - Buttermilk. 
04.03.90.3540.02 - Buttermilk powder.
04.03.90.3540.03 - Curdled milk or cream.
04.04.10.3543 - Whey, whey powder, whey protein concentrate, modified whey. 
04.04.90.3547 -  Blended skim milk and whey powder.
04.04.90.3548 - Other blended dairy powders.
04.05.20.3560 - Dairy spreads.

This created a requirement version change for the same HS codes originating from  Anguilla, Antigua, Argentina, Aruba, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Brazil, British Virgin Isles, Cayman Islands, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Curacao, Dominica, Greenland, Guatemala, Honduras, Iceland, Israel, Japan, Member states of the European Union, Mexico, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Norway, Panama, Peru, Bonaire, Saint Eustatius and Saba, Republic of Korea, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Switzerland, Thailand, United States, Uruguay.
