Chapter 03 was published to:

i) modify the modify the description of the following OGD extension.

03.06.93.2718.69 – Eriocheir sinensis – TSN 99058 – Chinese mitten crab (non-ready-to-eat, head on and shell on) (other – other than live, fresh, chilled or frozen)

ii) remove the miscellaneous code “Whole, uneviscerated (head on or head off)” for the following OGD extension originating from China and the Philippines.

iii) change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA-NISC” to “Refuse entry” for the following HS code with the end use “Culture” originating from Australia.
