A) Chapter 02

Chapter 02 was published to modify the instructions for the following HS codes for all end uses with the exception of “Canadian Goods Returning” originating from Switzerland:

B) Chapter 04

Chapter 04 was published to:

i) change the release recommendation from “Approved” to “Refuse entry” for the following HS codes for all end uses with the exception of “Canadian Goods Returning” originating from Switzerland:

04.07.21.0273.09 Nest Run.

ii) modify the instructions for the following HS codes for all end uses with the exception of “Canadian Goods Returning” originating from Switzerland:

04.07.21.0271.08 Grade C.
04.07.21.0271.09 Nest Run
04.07.29 – Other fresh eggs: Other.
04.08.19.0276 – Egg yolk from avian species other than chickens (Gallus domesticus) and turkeys

C) Chapter 05

Chapter 05 was published to modify the instructions for the following HS codes for all end uses with the exception of “Canadian Goods Returning” originating from Switzerland:

05.05.10.1258 – Unprocessed feathers, quills or plumes.
05.05.90.1258 – Unprocessed feathers, quills or plumes.
05.11.99.1297.01 – Avian (bird).
05.11.99.1298.01 – Avian (bird).
05.11.99.5345.01 – Avian (bird) ingredients
05.11.99.5345.21 – Avian (bird) ingredients – Organic.

D) Chapter 08

Chapter 08 was published to:

i) change the release recommendation from “Refuse entry” to “Refer to CFIA- NISC” for the following HS codes originating from Columbia.

08.10.40.4017.01 Blueberries (fresh). (Vaccinium angustifolium, V. corymbosum, V. myrtilloides).
08.10.40.4017.02 Blueberries (fresh) – Organic – (Vaccinium angustifolium, V. corymbosum, V. myrtilloides).

ii) modify the import conditions for the following HS codes with the end use “Samples for testing” and “Travellers & Personal use and not for resale or distribution“ originating from Italy.

08.06.10.4040.01 – Table grapes and hand harvested grapes for winemaking (fresh). (Vitis spp.).
08.06.10.4040.02 – Bulk grapes (including wine grapes for crush) (fresh). (Vitis spp.).
08.06.10.4050.01 – Table grapes and hand harvested grapes for winemaking (fresh). (Vitis spp.) – Organic.
08.06.10.4050.02 – Bulk grapes (including wine grapes for crush) (fresh). (Vitis spp.) – Organic.

iii) modify the import conditions for the following HS codes with the end uses “Human consumption”, “Other end uses” and “Show or exhibition” originating from Italy.

08.06.10.4040.01 – Table grapes and hand harvested grapes for winemaking (fresh). (Vitis spp.).
08.06.10.4040.02 – Bulk grapes (including wine grapes for crush) (fresh). (Vitis spp.).
08.06.10.4050.01 – Table grapes and hand harvested grapes for winemaking (fresh). (Vitis spp.) – Organic.

E) Chapter 15

Chapter 15 was published to modify the instructions for the following HS codes for all end uses with the exception of “Canadian Goods Returning” originating from Switzerland:

15.01.90.5393 – Emu fat (raw)
15.01.90.5394 – Ostrich fat (raw)
15.01.90.5395 – Poultry fat – edible (raw)

F) Chapter 23

Chapter 23 was published to modify the instructions for the following HS codes for all end uses with the exception of “Canadian Goods Returning” originating from Switzerland:

23.09.90.0284.02 – Denatured (containing a denaturant), liquid or frozen.
23.09.90.0284.04 – Non-denatured, liquid or frozen

G) Chapter 30

Chapter 30 was published to modify the instructions for the following HS codes for all end uses with the exception of “Canadian Goods Returning” originating from Switzerland:

30.01.90.1676.06 – Dried chicken feet.
30.02.12.1095.02 – Blood, serum, plasma or derivatives for in vitro use – avian.

H) Chapter 31

Chapter 31 was published to modify the instructions for the following HS code for all end uses with the exception of “Canadian Goods Returning” originating from Switzerland:

Chapter 35 was published to modify the instructions for the following HS codes for all end uses with the exception of “Canadian Goods Returning” originating from Switzerland:
