CFIA-AIRS Updates April 8th 2020

A) Chapter 05 was published to add the following OGD extension.

05.07.90.1285 - Whalebone and whalebone hair.

B) Chapter 07 was published to add a registration type and modify the import conditions for the following HS codes with the end uses " Human Consumption" and "Further processing" originating from Mexico.

07.09.99.3034.06 - Coriander - with or without roots (fresh or chilled).
07.09.99.4034.06 - Coriander - with or without roots (fresh or chilled) - Organic.

This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes originating from all countries except the States of California and Hawaii.

07.09.93.3042 - Pumpkin (fresh or chilled). 
07.09.93.3052 - Pumpkin (fresh or chilled) - Organic.
07.09.99.3034.01 - Parsley - with or without roots (fresh or chilled). 
07.09.99.3034.02 - Chervil - with or without roots (fresh or chilled).
