A) Chapter 05 was published to:

i) add the following OGD extensions.

05.11.99.5345.11 - Lagomorph (rabbit, hare) ingredients.
05.11.99.5345.12 - Cervid (deer, elk, reindeer, etc.) ingredients.
                         
This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes.

05.10.00.1286.01 - Avian (bird). 
05.10.00.1286.03 - Bovine (cattle). 
05.10.00.1286.04 - Caprine (goat). 
05.10.00.1286.06 - Equine (horse). 
05.10.00.1286.07 - Ovine (sheep).
