A) Chapter 05 was published to:

i) add the following OGD extensions.

05.11.99.5345.11 - Lagomorph (rabbit, hare) ingredients.
05.11.99.5345.12 - Cervid (deer, elk, reindeer, etc.) ingredients.

This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes.

05.10.00.1286.01 - Avian (bird).
05.10.00.1286.03 - Bovine (cattle).
05.10.00.1286.04 - Caprine (goat).
05.10.00.1286.06 - Equine (horse).
05.10.00.1286.07 - Ovine (sheep).
05.10.00.1286.08 - Porcine (swine).
05.10.00.1286.10 - Lagomorph (rabbit).
05.11.99.5345.01 - Avian (bird) ingredients.
05.11.99.5345.02 - Bovine (cattle) ingredients.
05.11.99.5345.03 - Caprine (goat) ingredients.
05.11.99.5345.04 - Equine (horse) ingredients.
05.11.99.5345.05 - Ovine (sheep) ingredients.

ii) change the release recommendation from “Refuse entry” to “Refer to CFIA-NISC” for the following HS codes originating from Iceland, Norway and Switzerland.

05.11.99.5345.01 - Avian (bird) ingredients.
05.11.99.5345.02 - Bovine (cattle) ingredients.
05.11.99.5345.03 - Caprine (goat) ingredients.
05.11.99.5345.04 - Equine (horse) ingredients.

05.11.99.5345.07 - Other animal ingredients.

iii) add a registration type and modify the import conditions for the following HS codes originating from the European Member States and Bulgaria.

iv) add the end use “Other end uses” to the following HS codes originating from the European Member States, Bulgaria, Iceland, Norway and Switzerland.

B) Chapter 08 was published to change the release recommendation from “Refuse entry” to “Approved” for the following HS codes originating from Guatemala.

08.10.20.4013.01 - Raspberries (fresh).(Rubus sp. other than R. caesius, R. fructicosus, R. × loganobaccus, R. ursinus × R. idaeus).
08.10.20.4013.02 - Raspberries (fresh) - Organic - (Rubus sp. other than R. caesius, R. fructicosus, R. × loganobaccus, R. ursinus × R. idaeus).

This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes.
