A) Chapter 05 was published to modify the import conditions for the following HS code with the end use “Research and Educational use” destined to “Quebec” originating from the United States.

05.11.91.4005.11 -  Oncorhynchus kisutch - TSN 161977 - Coho salmon  (germplasm).

B) Chapter 12 was published to:

i) add the following OGD extensions.

12.07.60.1000 - Carthamus tinctorius (safflower), bulk grain
12.07.99.0118.09 - Salvia hispanica (chia), bulk grain  

ii) remove the end uses “Animal Feed” and “Human consumption” from the following HS code.

12.07.99.9991 - Other oil seeds and oleaginous fruits (seed)

iii) remove the end uses “Further processing” and “Human consumption” from the following HS codes.

12.07.99.9991 - Other oil seeds and oleaginous fruits (seed)
12.09.29.0073.99 - Other forage crop (seed)

iv) streamline the requirements for the following HS codes.

12.02.41.4081 - Edible nuts
12.02.42.4081 - Edible nuts
12.07.29 - Cotton seeds: other
12.07.60 - Safflower (Carthamus tinctorius) seed
12.07.99.0118.03 - Echium spp. other than E. plantagineum 
12.07.99.0118.99 - Other oilseed
12.07.99.9999 - Other oilseeds and oleaginous fruits (grain)
