Chapter 07 was published to add the end use “Canadian goods returning to Canada” to the following HS codes:

07.04.20.3006.01 – Brussels sprouts – unprocessed (fresh or chilled)
07.04.20.3007.01 – Brussels sprouts – fresh cut (fresh or chilled)
07.04.90.3010.01 – Other broccoli – whole (fresh or chilled)
07.04.90.3010.02 – Other broccoli – fresh, cut into florets (fresh or chilled)
07.04.90.3010.03 – Other broccoli – crown (fresh or chilled)
07.04.90.3011.02 – Cabbage – fresh cut, chopped or shredded (fresh or chilled). (Brassica
oleracea L. var. Capitata)
07.04.90.3012.01 – Rapini (fresh or chilled). (Brassica spp.)
07.04.90.3016.02 – Kale – fresh cut, chopped or shredded (fresh or chilled)
07.05.11.3002 – Vegetable preparations containing less than 50% egg products
