Chapter 08 was published to change the release recommendation for the following HS codes with the end uses "Further processing", "Human consumption", "Other end uses" and "Repacking" and the miscellaneous codes "Container weighing less than 200 kg", “Container weighing less than 200 kg, in transit through British Columbia", "Container weighing less than 200 kg, not in transit through British Columbia" and "Container weighing more than 200 kg, in transit through British Columbia" originating from the United States destined to Alberta, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan and Yukon.
