Chapter 08 was published to:

i) change the release recommendation from « Refuse entry » to « Refer to CFIA - NISC » for the following HS code originating from Egypt.

08.06.10.4040.01 - Table grapes and hand harvested grapes for winemaking (fresh). (Vitis spp.).

This created a requirement version change for the same HS code for all countries except Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Continental United States, Greece, India, Italy, Japan, Lebanon, Mexico, Namibia, New Zealand, Peru, South Africa, Republic of Korea, Spain, United Kingdom, Uruguay and Venezuela.

ii) modify the import conditions for the following HS code originating from Republic of Korea. NO VERSION CHANGE.

08.10.10.1001 - Strawberries (fresh, whole). (Fragaria spp.).
