A) Chapter 08 was published to modify the import conditions for the following HS code originating from the Republic of Korea. NO VERSION CHANGE.

08.08.10.4001 - Apples (fresh). (Malus spp.).

B) Chapter 12 was published to change the release recommendation from “Approved” to “Refer to CFIA – NISC” for the following HS code with the end use “Other end uses”.

12.11.90.3049 - Lemongrass - with or without roots (fresh or chilled).

This created a requirement version change for the same HS code with the end use “Human consumption”.
