CFIA-AIRS Updates February 17th 2020

A) Chapter 01 was published to:

i) change the release recommendation from “Refuse entry” to “Refer to CFIA - Veterinary inspection” for the following HS code originating from Italy and Malta.

01.06.41.2104 - Honeybee queens.

This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes originating from all countries except Australia, Chile, Denmark, New Zealand, United Kingdom and United States.

01.06.41.2104 - Honeybee queens.
01.06.41.2105 - Honeybee eggs.

ii) modify the import conditions for the following HS code originating from Australia. NO VERSION CHANGE.
