Chapter 23 was published to:
 
i) modify the import conditions and registration type list for the following HS codes with the end uses “Animal Feed” and “Other end uses” originating from the United States.

23.09.90.0284.01 - Denatured (containing a denaturant), dried 
23.09.90.0284.02 - Denatured (containing a denaturant), liquid or frozen
23.09.90.0284.03 - Non-denatured, dried
23.09.90.0284.04 - Non-denatured, liquid or frozen
23.09.90.0284.05 - Eggs without shells dehydrated 
23.09.90.0284.06 - Dried egg albumen 
23.09.90.0284.07 - Shell egg processing by-product
23.09.90.6210.00 - Other livestock or poultry feed

This created a requirement version change for the same HS codes originating from the United States.

ii) change the release recommendation from “Approved” to “Refer CFIA - NISC” for the following HS code with the end use “Other end uses” originating from the United States.

23.09.90.0284.08 - Dairy and egg by-products, mixed, dehydrated

This created a requirement version change for the same HS code originating from the United States.
