Chapter 23 was published to remove the end use “To be fed to sled dogs for competitions taking place north of the 60th parallel” for the following HS codes.

23.09.10.1567 - Pet Chews.
23.09.10.1575.01 - Avian (bird) ingredients other than egg products.
23.09.10.1575.02 - Bovine (cattle) ingredients excluding products containing solely dairy products.
23.09.10.1575.03 - Caprine (goat) ingredients.
23.09.10.1575.04 - Equine (horse) ingredients.
23.09.10.1575.05 - Ovine (sheep) ingredients.
23.09.10.1575.06 - Porcine (swine) ingredients.
23.09.10.1575.08 - Ingredients other than animal origin.
23.09.10.1575.10 - Containing milk and milk derivative ingredients
23.09.10.1575.11 - Containing only eggs or egg ingredients.
23.09.10.1575.12 - Other animal ingredients.
23.09.90.1567 - Pet Chews.
23.09.90.1574.01 - Avian (bird) ingredients other than egg products.
23.09.90.1574.02 - Bovine (cattle) ingredients excluding products containing solely dairy products.
23.09.90.1574.03 - Caprine (goat) ingredients.
