A) Chapter 2

Chapter 2 was published to:

i) modify the import conditions and add a registration type to the following HS code with the end uses “Human Consumption” and “Other End Uses” originating from Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, and Sweden:

02.10.99.5504.01 – Pork – Freeze dried, dehydrated

ii) modify the import conditions and add a registration type to the following HS code with the end use “Human Consumption” originating from Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, and Sweden:

02.10.99.5504.02 – Pork – Freeze dried, dehydrated – Organic

iii) change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA-NISC” to “Refuse Entry” for the following HS code with the end uses “Human Consumption” and “Other End Uses” originating from China, Greenland, Israel, Puerto Rico and Thailand.

02.10.99.5504.01 – Pork – Freeze dried, dehydrated

iv) change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA-NISC” to “Refuse Entry” for the following HS code with the end use “Human Consumption” originating from China, Greenland, Israel, Puerto Rico and Thailand.

02.10.99.5504.02 – Pork – Freeze dried, dehydrated – Organic

B) Chapter 5

Chapter 5 was published to:

i) remove the end use “to be fed to sled dogs for competitions taking place north of the 60th parallel” from the following HS code:

ii) add the miscellaneous codes “Unpreserved” and “Preserved in formaldehyde or other preserving solution” to the following HS code with the end use “Scientific use (research)”:
