Chapter 44 was published to change the release recommendation from “Approved” to “Refuse Entry” for the following HS code with the end uses “In Transit through Canada to a third country” and “In transit through Canada to the US” originating from the States of Alaska, Arizona, California, Florida, Idaho, Maine, Mississippi, Montana, North Dakota, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Washington and Wyoming.

44.03.99.0131.07 - Ash - other products such as logs. (Fraxinus spp.)
